Early Childhood Developmental Interventionist

Provide developmental intervention to children ages 0-3 in home based settings. Write Individualized Family Service Plan outcomes/goals and help families implement strategies toward those goals. You MUST have experience working with infants and toddlers. Monitor child's progress, collect data, and alter goals when needed. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other therapists and family members. Create intervention activities and provide modeling, direct teaching, and parent education. Have a clear understanding of childhood development. Coordinate family visits with other Pediatric therapists/providers according to the individual needs of the child. Assess and evaluate each child’s developmental progress using developmental assessment tools (such as the HELP, DAY-C, etc). Actively communicate with all members of the team and families.
DBC is currently looking for full time therapists and providers to work as contractors. Excellent pay, completely flexible work schedule, and professional development opportunities. Therapists attend monthly paid team meetings and other meetings as requested.
Minimum Education and Experience:Master's Degree degree is required in one of the following disciplines: special education, early childhood special education, or related field. At least 4 or more years of experience with young children and infants, and toddlers.
A Colorado teaching license is a requirement!!! It must be en ECE OR ECSE license)
We service all of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties. Therapists may request preferred cities.

Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

DBC is currently looking for full time (MINIMUM OF 25+ hrs/ week) therapists and providers to work as independent contractors (1099). Excellent pay, completely flexible work schedule, and opportunity to build a larger caseload if desired. Opportunities to attend trainings, and gain professional development. Therapists attend monthly paid team meetings and other meetings as requested.
Minimum Education and Experience: Master's Degree degree is required and a Speech Language Pathology license and DORA.

DBC is currently looking for full time therapists and providers to work as independent contractors (1099).
